Canola & Soy Oil, both Zero Transfat, are used for all our cooking and deep-frying. Our delicious deep-fried meals are healthier than ever! We use up to 40% Natural Whole Wheat, Oat Flour, and ground Flaxseeds in our batter for all deep-fried dishes, such as our award-winning SESAME CHICKEN, ORANGE PEEL CHICKEN, SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN, and CRISPY HONEY SHRIMP & CHICKEN.

Instead of using oil to precook vegetables (the traditional Oriental stir-fried cooking technique) Tiger Lily does a quick pre-soak in boiling water, which decreases oil in our dishes by at least 30%.

Only Chicken Breast (lower in fat & cholesterol than thigh meat) are selected for all our Chicken Dishes.

Our Tofu (rich in soy protein and calcium) is made from soy beans that were not genetically engineered.

Multi-Grain Rice - the healthiest home made rice you'll find in town! A combination of Brown Rice, Pearl Barley, Organic Oats, Sweet Rice, Black Rice, and Red Rice, then steamed with Olive Oil, Multi-Grain rice is a healthy substitute that is both delicious and rich in nutrients such as cholesterol-lowering soluble fibers.
